Fitness is a lifestyle not just something you do during the summer months, or while you're in season. When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. I will also teach you the basic fundamentals to be able to follow any exercise routine I give you on your own. Just one rule...NO EXCUSES!!
