Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, or 90-day transformations", but when you finish that, what's next? Fitness is a lifestyle not just something you do during the summer months, or while you're in season. So many people think age is the determining factor in why they can't move freely, but what have they done to help their bodies stay moving? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. I will also teach you the basic fundamentals to be able to follow any exercise routine I give you on your own. Just one rule...NO EXCUSES!!
