Are you a veteran lifter just looking for a different workout or basic guidance? Or are you someone who is looking to get into lifting but doesn't want one-on-one coaching? Then this plan is for you. Here, I will give you one of my workout plans based on your fitness goals stated in the onboarding questionnaire. You will have to determine the reps you do and weight you use. You will also be able to track your meals based off a standard Macro based diet, considering your height, weight, and fitness goals.
